The Monday Lab launched in late 2022 with a clear mission: Help mission-driven businesses avoid the pitfalls of traditional corporate culture so that they can create great, high-quality jobs for a modern workforce.

Dissatisfaction with work comes from many areas, and The Monday Lab can help organizations address each area of opportunity to craft a great employee experience and high quality jobs.
